Tuna Bibimbap By Kay Liu

Bibimbap is a Korean mixed rice that consists of various sauteed vegetables, choice of protein, then topped with a fried egg and served with spicy chili paste called gochujang. It is the easiest and quickest meal to put together when you're busy and need a quick lunch! 


- a bowl of cooked rice

- 1 canned Ekone Tuna

- 1 egg

- zucchini/carrots

- seasoning seaweed flakes

- gochujang

Cook 1 cup rice (depends on how many you are cooking for)

Chop or spiralize your veggies

Add some cooking oil and 1/4 tsp of fine sea salt in a wok or pan and cook the carrots on medium high to high heat for 2 to 3 mins.

Fry an egg (sunny side up)

Put the rice into a bowl and add tuna, assorted vegetables, seasoned seaweed flakes, gochujang, and the egg on top of the rice. Serve.
