These are the best smoked oysters I have eaten! Perfect blend of smoky flavor with a heat follow up. Big meaty oysters with minimal oils. I wanted a straw to get every last drop from the can.

Perfect combo of smoke and a little heat! I love these served with a cream sauce over pasta or spaghetti squash, or in a savory Dutch Baby. They make a perfect lunch for a hike or cross country ski day, too.

The flavor is good but be warned that the heat is there on the back end! Might benefir from eating on a cracker.
