Smoked oysters
I am generally not a fan of smoked foods and after one taste, in my opinion, smoking ruined what probably started out as a tasty oyster. The smoke taste dominates the oyster flavor and the texture was mealy. Some people probably love them but these are not for me.

Great.....BUT
Nicely sized oysters, BUT had to take off two starts for being ridiculously salty. I am not able to even stand eating more than two of these. Would love to see a much lower sodium option.

I return to review again; there is nothing but pure quality in these cans; living in Florida on the Gulf coast and in a county that farms oysters.... still - by far - these are the best! I gave a few cans to my FED EX driver...and he says they are the freshest he's ever tasted. A WINNER in my book!

These oysters are amazing! Way better than anything you would find at our grocery stores here in Michigan. I'm looking forward to sharing them with family for Christmas.

Amazing Oysters
I have eaten a lot of Oysters of all varieties over the decades, but have never had smoked oysters of this caliber. Everything about them is top shelf. Wish they in larger cans so I won’t have to buy so many at one time!
